By accessing or using myProp (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is a property portal that provides self-service access to information held by your letting or estate agency.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Your account is linked to the property agency that has deployed this portal.
You agree not to:
myProp provides a read-only window into your property agency’s management systems. Information displayed — including tenancy details, financial statements, maintenance status, and documents — is sourced from your agency’s AgentOS platform. While we endeavour to display accurate, up-to-date information, myProp is not responsible for the accuracy of data held in your agency’s systems.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data as described therein. Property and financial data is sourced live from AgentOS and is not permanently stored by myProp.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, myProp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. In particular, myProp is not liable for any inaccuracies in property, tenancy, or financial data sourced from your agency’s systems.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Your agency may also revoke your portal access. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Questions about these Terms? Please contact your letting or estate agency directly, or reach out via the messaging feature within your portal account.
